Step – 3 : Computerized Treatment Stimulation

With these records along with the treatment prescribed a customized 3D treatment plan will be created just for you.With the treatment plan,you will be able to see the final position your teeth are predicted to reach after treatment.It also estimates the likely length of your treatment.

Step – 4 :

The customized Aligners will be fabricated.

Step – 5 :

Series of custom – made Aligners will be given to wear everyday and change them approximately every 2 weeks.

Step – 6 :

Visit your dentist approximately every 6-8 weeks to monitor the progress of your treatment and receive the next series of Aligners.

Step – 7 :

After finishing your Aligner treatment ,you may need to use retainers to maintain the new position of your teeth.

Will It Work For Me?

Crooked teeth lack of space within your jaw for all of your teeth to fit normally. Your teeth can bunch up,overlap and twist,sometimes getting pushed to the back or front in the jaw.

Spaced teeth : This could be due to small sized teeth,abnormal growth of jaw bones,missing teeth, genetics etc.

Cross bite : Normally upper jaw will be in the front and lower jaw will be behind the upper jaw.In crossbite one or more upper teeth will be placed behind the lower jaw.

Deep bite : When the upper teeth significantly overlaps the lower teeth.

Open bite : When upper and lower teeth are unable to make physical contact when the jaws are closed.

Underbite : Lower teeth protrude past the front teeth,usually caused by under growth of upper jaw, overgrowth of the lower jaw or both,missing upper teeth etc.

Guidelines to wear Aligners

Your teeth and Aligners should be clean before wearing in mouth.
Gently insert the Aligners one at a time and push the Aligners softly onto your teeth.Seat the Aligners on the front teeth first and then gradually seat it on the back teeth.
If it is tight use the Aligner chewie to fit them in place.
Place the chewie in between the teeth and bite softly so that Aligner gets seated then you will hear click sound so that Aligners are fixed completely.

Instructions to Wear Aligners

Aligners should be worn for a maximum of 22 hours/day for optimum results.
Do not eat /drink with Aligners except plain drinking water.
Gently brush Aligners with less abrasive toothpaste.
After every food intake, rinse your mouth properly ,wash the Aligners with the tap water and then put it back.
If the Aligners are not in use, keep it in the box with normal tap water.

Tips for New Aligners Users

Wear your Aligners ,change your trays on time.
Keep your previous tray in hand,if you feel any difficulty with your new set wear your previous Aligner and immediately consult your dentist.
Practice good oral hygiene.
Reduce the chances of Aligner damage,avoid unnecessary removal and insertion,wearing the Aligner less frequently prolong the treatment time.
Incase you feel difficulty in placing and removing the Aligners consult your Dentist.
Keep the Aligners away from kids and pets.
Wear your retainer after Aligner treatment, don’t skip any routine dental cleaning, follow the proper schedule for changing the Aligners.
